Overview

Fusion Markets is an Australian forex and CFD broker that competes almost entirely on price. It's a good fit for active traders and EA users who care about commission per lot more than research or education. The Australian business holds an ASIC licence (AFSL 385620), while clients outside Australia are usually signed up through its Vanuatu entity, regulated by the VFSC, or its Seychelles entity, regulated by the FSA.

Accounts and costs

There are two main accounts and neither has a minimum deposit. The Zero account gives you raw spreads from 0.0 pips plus $2.25 per lot per side ($4.50 round turn). The Classic account has no commission and builds the cost into the spread, starting from 0.9 pips. US share, index, energy and crypto CFDs carry no commission at all. A Swap Free account is available on request with over 50 instruments, and instead of swaps it charges an admin fee only on trades held longer than seven days. Leverage goes up to 1:500 on forex and metals through the offshore entities, while ASIC retail clients are capped at 1:30.

Platforms and markets

You can trade on MT4, MT5, cTrader and TradingView, on desktop, web and mobile. There's no in-house platform. Copy trading runs through Fusion+, and DupliTrade and a sponsored VPS are also offered. The range covers 250+ CFDs: 90+ currency pairs, metals, indices, energy and soft commodities, crypto and over 100 large US shares on MT5. Free demo accounts are available.

Money in and out

Fusion doesn't charge for deposits or withdrawals, although banks and SWIFT transfers can add their own fees. Methods include bank transfer, cards, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, local options such as PayID and crypto in some regions. Most withdrawals are processed within an hour, around the clock.

What traders say

Scores from the sites traders use, and our summary of what they're saying, checked 6 October 2026.

Fusion Markets is well liked by the traders who review it. It holds 4.8 on Trustpilot from about 9,700 reviews and, according to Compare Forex Brokers in September 2026, 4.6 on TradingView from about 3,500 ratings. Forex Peace Army and Myfxbook carry plenty of reviews but no score in our evidence, and Sitejabber's 1.7 rests on only three reviews. Praise centres on cost and support; the negative minority is mostly about withdrawals and accounts blocked after profitable scalping.

What traders like

  • Low trading costs. The most common theme on every site is tight spreads and low commissions, especially on the Zero account.

  • Responsive support. Trustpilot reviewers often name individual support agents and say issues were fixed within the hour.

  • Platform choice. MT4, MT5, cTrader and TradingView all get mentioned, and some like that demo and live conditions match.

  • Smooth deposits and withdrawals for most reviewers on Myfxbook and Trustpilot.

Common complaints

  • Withdrawals held or refused. A handful of Forex Peace Army threads describe withdrawals that stalled, extra identity checks such as selfies or phone confirmation, and in one case a dispute over which wallet received funds.

  • Profitable accounts blocked. Several posters say accounts were closed after scalping profits, with the broker citing exploitation of price delays or arbitrage; the traders dispute this.

  • Slow bank withdrawals. Some reviewers and BrokerChooser note withdrawals often take three or more days, with no weekend processing.

  • Gold spreads widening and no netting mode on MT5 come up occasionally.

Recently

  • September 2026: Trustpilot sat at 4.8 with roughly 9,400 to 9,700 reviews, and new Trustpilot and Forex Peace Army reviews remain mostly positive, with the broker replying to complaints publicly.

  • No new dispute threads from the last 90 days appear in our evidence.
