## Overview

RoboForex is an offshore forex and CFD broker that's been running since 2009. It's aimed at traders who want small starting balances, very high leverage and MetaTrader, and who are comfortable with lighter regulation in exchange. The global business, RoboForex Ltd, is licensed by the Financial Services Commission in Belize. European retail clients are sent to a sister company, RoboMarkets Deutschland GmbH, regulated by BaFin. It doesn't take clients from the US, Canada, Australia, Japan and many other countries.

### Accounts and costs

Every MetaTrader account opens with $10. ProCent is a cent account for testing strategies and EAs, and Pro is the standard one; both price through spreads from about 1.3 pips with no commission and leverage up to 1:2000. ECN and Prime start at 0 pips and add a commission, with leverage capped at 1:500 and 1:300. R StocksTrader needs $100 and opens up real stocks plus CFDs on more than 12,000 instruments. The broker says 75.85% of retail CFD accounts lose money with it.

### Platforms and markets

You can trade on MT4, MT5, the R StocksTrader terminal, or the in-house WebTrader and MobileTrader. Markets cover currency pairs, metals, oil, indices, US and European stock CFDs, real stocks, ETFs and crypto CFDs. There's a copy trading service with over 2,000 strategies, swap-free accounts on request and a demo account.

### Money in and out

You can fund with cards, bank wire, Skrill, Neteller, crypto and a handful of local methods, and RoboForex covers deposit fees. Withdrawals are free on three Tuesdays each month. On other days a fee applies depending on the method, reported at up to 4% for bank transfers. The broker also carries civil liability insurance up to €2.5 million and belongs to The Financial Commission for disputes.

## What traders say

Checked 2026-10-06.

- Trustpilot: 2.5 / 5 from 771 reviews (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/roboforex.com)
- Myfxbook: 4.4 / 5 from 246 reviews (https://www.myfxbook.com/reviews/brokers/roboforex/82142,1)
- Forex Peace Army: no score (https://www.forexpeacearmy.com/forex-reviews/7374/roboforex-review)
- Reddit: no score (https://www.reddit.com/r/Trading/comments/u3g6vv/is_roboforex_legit_and_is_it_true_broker/)

RoboForex splits opinion sharply. It sits at 2.5 on Trustpilot from about 770 reviews (the figure BrokersView reported in June 2026), while its Myfxbook page shows 4.4 from about 250 reviews. Forex Peace Army has a long review page and a run of complaint threads, with no score in our evidence. Across sites the negative reviews centre on getting money out.

### What traders like

- **Fast funding for some.** A number of Myfxbook and Traders Union reviewers say deposits and withdrawals went through quickly, some in minutes through e-wallets.
- **Trading conditions.** Reviewers mention low minimum deposits, tight ECN spreads, high leverage and a wide choice of instruments.
- **Copy trading and automation.** Many positive reviews come from people running Expert Advisors or using the CopyFX copy-trading service.

### Common complaints

- **Withdrawals held or rejected.** This is the dominant complaint on Trustpilot and Forex Peace Army. Several reviewers say withdrawals sat pending for weeks or were cancelled, sometimes with RoboForex saying the bank declined the payment, which the reviewers say their bank denied.
- **Repeated verification requests.** Some say each withdrawal brought a new document request, such as a selfie holding ID with the members area open.
- **Account blocks and disputed trades.** A few say accounts were restricted during compliance checks or that trades were filled at prices off the market during news.
- **Support replies.** Some reviewers say support gives generic answers, and RoboForex often replies on Trustpilot that it cannot find the reviewer's case.
- **Doubts about positive reviews.** Some Reddit and Forex Peace Army users say they suspect some of the glowing reviews are not genuine.

### Recently

- **August 2026:** two Forex Peace Army threads describe withdrawals left pending for weeks or rejected, one for $6,100 and one for repeated crypto withdrawals. Another reviewer there objects to swap rates being changed shortly before rollover.
- **September 2026:** a Trustpilot reviewer says a withdrawal requested in August was still held after full verification, and a Myfxbook forum thread collects fresh complaints about execution during a payrolls release and account blocks.
