Overview
Trade Nation is a London-based CFD and spread betting broker that started in 2014 as Core Spreads. Its hook is fixed spreads: on the popular markets you know your cost before you place the trade. It's a good fit for UK and Australian traders who want simple pricing and TradingView charts. It holds licences from the FCA in the UK, ASIC in Australia and the CMVM in Portugal for European clients, plus the FSCA in South Africa, the SCB in the Bahamas and the FSA in Seychelles.
Accounts and costs
There's no minimum deposit, and the costs sit in the spread with no commission. On TN Trader, EUR/USD is quoted at a fixed 0.6 pips, UK 100 at 1 point and gold at 3 points during core hours, with a variable spread option on commodities. UK retail leverage is 30:1 on major pairs, 20:1 on gold, shares and indices, and 10:1 on other commodities, with negative balance protection on everything. Offshore entities go higher. There's no account or inactivity fee.
Platforms and markets
You get TN Trader on web and mobile, and you can link that account to TradingView and trade straight from the charts. MT4 is there too, with a TradeCopier app for copying strategies, but there's no MT5 or cTrader. The list runs to roughly 1,000 to 1,200 CFDs on forex, indices, commodities, shares and government bonds. Trade Nation is a market maker, so your orders are filled in-house.
Money in and out
You can fund by card or bank transfer, and BTC, Ethereum and USDT are also accepted. Some regions get local options like Instant EFT in South Africa. Trade Nation doesn't charge for deposits or withdrawals, and the smallest withdrawal is $50 or the equivalent.

What traders say
Scores from the sites traders use, and our summary of what they're saying, checked 6 October 2026.
Trade Nation reviews well on the big platforms and badly on a few smaller ones. It holds 4.4 on Trustpilot from about 2,000 reviews, and its TradingView reviews are mostly positive. Reviews.io shows 1.1 from 167 reviews, though many of those read like posts from fund recovery services rather than clients. Forex Peace Army and Myfxbook have pages with a mix of reviews and no score in the evidence. Withdrawal delays are the complaint that comes up most.
What traders like
Support and account managers. Trustpilot's own summary says reviewers consistently praise friendly, fast support, and many reviews name individual staff who helped with onboarding.
Fixed spreads. TradingView reviewers like that spreads stay fixed through news releases and that costs are all in the spread.
TradingView integration. A large share of reviews mention trading straight from TradingView charts, and a Myfxbook reviewer says spreads are best on Trade Nation's own platform.
Easy sign-up. Newer clients often say opening and funding an account was quick.
Common complaints
Slow withdrawals. Several reviewers on Trustpilot, Forex Peace Army and BrokersView describe withdrawals marked as approved that took weeks to arrive, with support pointing at the bank or payment provider. One BrokersView case was resolved after about two months.
Restricted accounts and voided profits. A few reviewers, mostly with the offshore Seychelles or Bahamas entities, say accounts were restricted or profits cancelled. WikiFX also lists a complaint about a bonus that required a further deposit before withdrawal.
Platform issues. Some mention outages, a delay on TradingView prices, and trouble linking MetaTrader 4.
Clone sites. Lookalike domains flagged by regulators get mixed in with real complaints, which DayTrading.com warns about.
Recently
