## Overview

Alpha Futures is the futures arm of Alpha Capital Group, run from a UK company set up in 2024. It sells one-step evaluations on CME products, plus a Direct account that skips the evaluation. It suits day traders who like an end-of-day drawdown and don't mind a monthly subscription.

### How the evaluation works

- **Zero (25K to 100K):** 6% target, a 2% daily loss guard and a 4% or 3% drawdown. No consistency rule and one trading day minimum.
- **Standard (50K to 150K):** 6% target, a 4% or 3% drawdown, no daily guard and a 50% consistency rule. Two days minimum.
- **Advanced (50K to 150K):** 8% target with a 3.5% drawdown, no daily guard and a 40% consistency rule. Three days minimum.
- **Direct (25K to 150K):** a one-time fee that puts you straight on a funded account, with a 2% daily guard and a 20% consistency rule on payouts.

Every drawdown trails your end-of-day balance and stops once it reaches the starting balance. The daily guard is soft: it flattens you for the day without closing the account.

### Rules worth knowing

All positions must be closed by 4:20 PM ET, so there's no overnight or weekend holding. News is open during evaluations, but funded Zero, Standard and Direct accounts can't place orders two minutes either side of red-folder events. Bots and fully automated systems are banned. Copying between your own accounts is fine.

### Getting paid

You keep 90% of every withdrawal. Evaluation accounts can request a payout after 5 winning days of at least $200, up to four times a month, taking up to half your profit each time. Caps run from $1,000 on Zero up to $15,000 on Advanced. Payouts go by ACH, wire, Wise or Rise.

## Good

- End-of-day drawdown on every plan, locking at the starting balance
- 90% split from the first withdrawal
- Advanced accounts allow withdrawals up to $15,000
- No activation fee on subscription plans

## Watch for

- Monthly subscription on evaluation plans
- Positions must be closed by 4:20 PM ET
- Funded accounts block trading around high-impact news
- Bots and full automation banned

Alpha Futures built one of the strongest review records among futures prop firms in its first two years, with review sites quoting 4.8 to 4.9 on Trustpilot through mid 2026. The picture has darkened since: the Trustpilot page now shows a 4-star rating from about 5,600 reviews, and much of the recent low feedback is about payouts that were delayed, flagged or voided. Prop Firm Match reviews stay warm, while Reddit is more mixed.

### What traders like

- **Support that answers fast.** Support on live chat and Discord is the most praised thing on both Trustpilot and Prop Firm Match.
- **Quick setup.** Several reviewers say a funded account was ready within minutes of passing.
- **The end-of-day drawdown.** Traders who take heat during the day but close near their highs say the drawdown model suits them, and the Zero plan is often called beginner friendly.
- **Payouts, for many.** Plenty of reviewers on Prop Firm Match say their payouts landed in a day or two without fuss.

### Common complaints

- **Denied or voided payouts.** The biggest theme on Trustpilot and Reddit: traders say payouts were refused over news trading, stop fills or other rule calls they dispute, and some say profits were wiped with the account.
- **Rules enforced unevenly.** Some reviewers feel the Daily Loss Guard and other rules are applied inconsistently once a dispute starts.
- **Price.** A few Reddit posters say the monthly subscriptions cost more than rival firms.
- **Account bans.** A handful of Reddit threads describe accounts closed after arguments with support or over IP checks shared with the sister firm Alpha Capital.

### Recently

- **August 2026:** a payout review site sampled recent payout-related Trustpilot reviews and found most were one-star, with several saying payouts were flagged in bulk and accounts banned after approval.
- **September 2026:** Alpha Futures published a payout update saying approved Premium Plan payouts are being cleared in batches and the pace should pick up during October.
