## Overview

E8 Markets is a Dallas firm, running since 2021, that sells one-step challenges for forex, indices, commodities and crypto, and has a separate futures side. It suits traders who want to set their own risk before they buy.

### How the evaluation works

- **E8 One:** one phase. The default setup is a 9% target, a 4% daily loss and a 6% dynamic drawdown, which only moves up when you close trades in profit. You can pick a drawdown from 4% to 14%, and the target is always 1.5 times that number.
- **E8 Signature:** a cheaper route with a 6% target and a drawdown that follows your highest end-of-day balance: 4% on the 25k, 3% on the 100k and 150k.
- **E8 Pro:** an 8% target, an 8% static drawdown and a 2.5% daily loss. Only 2% of profit per day counts towards the target.

None of the challenges have a time limit or a minimum number of trading days.

### Rules worth knowing

On funded E8 One accounts you can't open or close trades from 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after high-impact news. A 40% best-day rule applies on E8 One funded accounts and a 35% one on Signature. Signature funded accounts have a 2% daily pause that stops trading for the day without failing you.

### Getting paid

The base split is 80%. On E8 One you can buy 90% or 100% at checkout, and E8 Pro offers 100%. E8 One pays on demand once the best-day rule is met, with the earliest payout about 3 days in. E8 Pro pays daily once you're 1% up. Signature needs 5 profitable days between payouts, and its early payouts are capped. Payouts go by bank transfer, crypto or Rise.
