## Overview

Finotive Funding is a Dubai-registered firm that's part of the Finotive One group, which also runs its own broker, Finotive Markets. You trade forex, indices, commodities and crypto on MT5 or Match-Trader. It suits traders who want a cheap way in and a drawdown that doesn't trail, and who are happy to keep position sizes modest.

### How the evaluation works

- **1-Step Challenge:** a 10% target, 4% daily and 7.5% overall loss limit. The overall floor is static, measured from the starting balance.
- **2-Step Challenge:** 7.5% then 5%, with a 4.5% daily and 9% overall limit, also static.
- **Instant Funding:** no target. Standard has a 3.5% daily and 7% overall limit; Lite is cheaper with tighter limits and a lower split.
- **Finotive Pro:** larger one and two-step accounts with slightly wider limits and a path to a 100% split.

You need profitable days to progress: three on the 1-Step and two per stage on the 2-Step, each at least 0.5% up on the day before.

### Rules worth knowing

Every account has a notional volume limit, which caps the total size of your open positions as a multiple of the balance. Each breach is a strike, and a strike cuts your next reward to 10%. Instant accounts also have a per-symbol floating loss threshold. Straddling high-impact news is banned within 15 minutes of the release. EAs and copiers are allowed only if they're yours. Instant accounts must be flat by Friday's close unless you bought the weekend add-on.

### Getting paid

Challenge accounts start at an 80% split and can scale to 95%. Instant Standard starts at 75%. Your first reward is on demand once you're eligible, then every 7 days. Rewards go through Finotive Pay, with bank and crypto withdrawals. The challenge fee comes back if the funded account is still in profit 30 days after funding.

## Good

- Challenges start at $30 for a 2.5k account
- Static maximum drawdown on every program
- First reward on demand once funded, then every 7 days
- Fee refunded if the funded account is in profit after 30 days

## Watch for

- Notional volume limits and strikes can cut a reward to 10%
- 80% starting split on challenge accounts
- Instant accounts are expensive and need an add-on to hold over the weekend

Finotive Funding has a polarised record. It scores 4.1 on Prop Firm Match from about 180 verified traders, where most reviewers are happy. Its Trustpilot page has about 1,050 reviews but no visible score: Trustpilot says it has removed fake reviews for the company, and of the 382 reviews from the last 12 months, 62% are five stars and 29% one star. Forex Peace Army and Reddit lean heavily negative, and nearly all of the criticism is about payouts being cut.

### What traders like

- **The dashboard.** Many Prop Firm Match reviewers single out the dashboard and its statistics as easy to use.
- **Quick, automated payouts.** Several reviewers report multiple payouts without trouble, and review sites say small payouts often arrive within hours.
- **Flexible models.** People like the choice of challenge, instant funding and the Pro account with a monthly salary, plus static drawdown and no consistency rule.
- **Helpful support and risk team.** Some reviewers say staff handled account issues professionally.

### Common complaints

- **Payouts reduced after risk reviews.** The most common serious complaint on Trustpilot, Forex Peace Army and Reddit: traders say profits were cut by large amounts, sometimes 90%, under "healthy trading", one-directional exposure or similar rules they feel were applied after the fact.
- **Slippage and wide spreads.** Several Trustpilot reviewers mention stops filling far past their level on gold and very wide spreads on some GBP crosses.
- **Payout delays.** A few say requests sat for weeks with no clear answer.
- **Doubts about reviews.** Some reviewers say they trusted fake positive reviews, and Trustpilot's notice backs up the concern about the page.

### Recently

- **August 2026:** new Trustpilot reviews describe drawn-out payout reviews on an instant funding account and payouts delayed for weeks. In replies on Prop Firm Match the firm points to its terms allowing payouts to be adjusted after a risk review.
- **2026:** the firm says Finotive Markets and Finotive Futures now run as separate businesses, and it has merged its Discord community.
