## Overview

Uprofit has been running futures evaluations since 2019. You trade on TradingView or its own Tradoverse platform, both on desktop and mobile. It suits intraday traders who like an end-of-day drawdown and don't want an activation fee waiting for them after they pass.

### How the evaluation works

Both Day 2.0 programs come in 50K, 100K and 150K, billed monthly with no time limit.

- **Day Soft:** a 6% target with an end-of-day drawdown of 4% on the 50K and 3% on the larger sizes. It also has a daily loss limit, but hitting it only stops you until the next session.
- **Day Flex:** the same target and drawdown with no daily loss limit, at a higher monthly price.

The drawdown follows your highest end-of-day balance until it reaches the starting balance, then it stops. During the evaluation your best day can't be more than 50% of your total profit, so expect to need at least two days.

### Rules worth knowing

Every position has to be closed by 4:10 PM ET, and you can't hold between sessions or over the weekend. News trading is allowed. Copy trading only works through Uprofit's own tool between your own accounts. Hedging across accounts, VPNs and VPS use are banned. Live Virtual accounts need at least one trade a week.

### Getting paid

You keep 90% from the first withdrawal. Each request needs 3 profitable days and a 40% consistency rule, and you can only withdraw profit above a safety net. Each request is capped at 3% of the account, and the account closes after six withdrawals. Payouts go through Rise or USDC within 24 business hours.

## Good

- End-of-day drawdown that stops at the starting balance
- No activation fee after passing
- Payouts processed within 24 business hours
- Choice of a daily loss limit or none

## Watch for

- Payouts capped at 3% of the account per request
- Account closes after six withdrawals
- Consistency rule in both the evaluation and Live Virtual stage

## What traders say

Checked 2026-10-06.

- Trustpilot: 3.7 / 5 from 6,534 reviews (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.uprofit.com)
- Reddit: no score (https://www.reddit.com/search/?q=uprofit)

Uprofit, a futures firm running since 2019, has a large but troubled review record. Its Trustpilot page holds about 6,500 reviews and scores about 3.7, well down from the 4.8 that older review sites still quote. Trustpilot also flags the page: it says the company has displayed Trustpilot content in a misleading way, and by May 2026 the profile carried a breach of guidelines notice. Long-time customers praise fast payouts; a wave of low reviews since late 2024 centres on rule changes and closed accounts.

### What traders like

- **Fast payouts.** Many reviewers, on Trustpilot and Reddit, say payouts arrived within the stated 24 hours, and some long-standing traders say they have never had a payment problem.
- **End of day drawdown and one-time fees.** Older Reddit threads single out the EOD drawdown, reasonable commissions and the Freedom accounts as the closest thing to a live account.
- **Responsive support.** Some say support fixed problems quickly, in a few cases with account credits.

### Common complaints

- **Rule changes applied to past trades.** A run of one star Trustpilot reviews from late 2024 says new rules were introduced and enforced on earlier trading, ending in terminated accounts.
- **Payouts reversed or stalled.** Some reviewers say a payout was approved and then rejected with the account reset, or sat at requested for over a week.
- **Fees after passing.** Several traders object to an activation or assignment fee due on passing, which they say clashes with no activation fee marketing.
- **Rules that limit scaling.** A few mention the 30% consistency rule and a daily loss limit that never lifts.
- **Noise on the Trustpilot page.** Recent reviews include unrelated fund recovery posts, which the firm says have nothing to do with it.

### Recently

We found no dated reviews from the last 90 days. Uprofit has since launched new DAY accounts that it says carry no activation fee.
