Overview
FundedNext launched in 2022 and now sells four CFD challenge models plus a separate futures range. On the CFD side you can trade forex, indices, commodities, crypto and stocks on MT4, MT5, cTrader or Match-Trader. Futures run on NinjaTrader, Tradovate and TradingView. It suits traders who want lots of choice and are happy to read the rules for the model they pick.
How the evaluation works
Stellar 2-Step: 8% then 5%, with a 5% daily and 10% overall loss limit on a static floor. Five trading days per phase.
Stellar 1-Step: a single 10% target with a 3% daily and 6% overall static limit, and two trading days.
Stellar Lite: the cheaper two-phase model at 8% then 4%, with 4% daily and 8% overall.
Stellar Instant: no challenge. You start funded with a 6% trailing max loss and no daily limit.
Futures Flex, Legacy and Rapid: one phase with an end-of-day trailing max loss. Flex and Legacy apply a 40% consistency rule while you're in the evaluation.
Rules worth knowing
There's no time limit on CFD challenges, but 60 days without a trade deactivates the account. News trading is allowed, though on funded CFD accounts only 40% of profit from news windows counts. EAs need a paid add-on and only run on MT4 and MT5. You can copy trades between your own challenge accounts, but never to or from a funded one.
Getting paid
The standard CFD share is 80%, rising with scale-ups or a 95% add-on. Stellar 2-Step and Lite pay first after 21 days and then every 14, while 1-Step pays every 5 days. The 2-Step refunds the fee with the first reward. Instant starts at 70%. Rewards go out in USDT, USDC or through Rise.

What traders say
Scores from the sites traders use, and our summary of what they're saying, checked 6 October 2026.
FundedNext is one of the most reviewed prop firms anywhere: 4.5 on Trustpilot from about 81,000 reviews, 4.3 on Prop Firm Match from about 890 verified reviews, 4.4 for its futures arm there, and 4.1 on Sitejabber. Forex Peace Army is the sharp exception at 1 out of 5 from 32 reviews, and that site carries a warning about suspicious positive reviews it traced to the firm in 2024. Most traders describe reliable payouts. The complaints that persist are about accounts closed or payouts refused just as traders became profitable.
What traders like
Payouts that come quickly. Many reviewers on Trustpilot and Prop Firm Match say payouts arrived within hours or a day, often across several withdrawals.
Support. People frequently name support agents who answered clearly and fast, in many languages.
Clear rules and choice. Reviewers like the range of challenge models and the profit share paid during the challenge.
Common complaints
Terminations at payout time. A steady stream of low reviews on Forex Peace Army, Reddit and Sitejabber say accounts were closed after passing or after several payouts, over copy trading, hedging or other rule findings that the trader disputes.
Template replies in disputes. Several reviewers say support went quiet or sent automated answers once a case got serious.
News-trading deductions. Some traders say the deduction on trades around news did not match the published 40% rule.
Doubts about the reviews. Forex Peace Army's notice and some Reddit posters question how representative the Trustpilot score is.
Recently
August to October 2026: an August roundup put sentiment at four out of five, and the firm now advertises a $1,000 penalty for a payout later than 24 hours. Fresh reviews in early October include a Forex Peace Army complaint about a funded account refused after passing both phases, and a Trustpilot complaint about a crypto payment that never reached the account.
Where this comes from
Trustpilot: the main review page and the largest pool of reviews.
Forex Peace Army: longer complaints, disputes and a fake-review notice.
Prop Firm Match: verified-trader reviews for the CFD side.
Prop Firm Match (futures): verified reviews for FundedNext Futures.
Sitejabber: a smaller set of mixed reviews.
Myfxbook: a detailed firm overview.
Reddit search: trader threads, including warnings about terminations.
YouTube search: payout and challenge review videos.
