Overview

Fintokei is run from Brno and grew out of the Purple Group, which has scouted traders since 2007. It launched in Japan in 2022 and sells evaluations for forex, metals, energies, indices and crypto CFDs on TradingView, MT5 or cTrader. It suits traders who want TradingView support, and StartTrader is built for newer traders.

How the evaluation works

  • ProTrader: 8% then 6%, a 5% daily limit set from midnight equity, and a 10% overall limit from starting capital. No time limit.

  • ProTrader Swing: same targets and limits, but the daily limit is set from midnight balance, so open trades at rollover don't shrink it. Newer accounts are swap-free.

  • SwiftTrader: one 6% target, a 2% daily and 3% overall limit, with a 3% daily profit cap and a 60-day deadline.

  • StartTrader: three phases at 2%, 3% and 6%, a 3% daily and 6% overall limit, and up to 180 days per phase.

Every program needs at least three trading days per phase.

Rules worth knowing

News trading and holding over the weekend are both allowed. No single setup may risk more than 3% of the account, and breaking it brings warnings, not a breach. EAs are fine only when you built or configured them yourself; bought, black-box or copied systems aren't. StartTrader limits any one day to 40% of the phase target. Each account needs a trade every 30 days to stay open.

Getting paid

ProTrader and Swing pay 80%, SwiftTrader 90%, and StartTrader uses a dynamic ratio between 50% and 100%. You can withdraw 14 days after your first trade and every 14 days after that, and SwiftTrader also needs 3% profit first. Payouts go by bank wire, crypto in listed countries, or the Walletory wallet, and requests are approved automatically.

What traders say

Scores from the sites traders use, and our summary of what they're saying, checked 6 October 2026.

Fintokei, a Czech firm owned by the group behind the broker Purple Trading and focused on Japan, is well reviewed where most of its English-language reviews sit. It scores 4.5 on Trustpilot from about 1,350 reviews, and 4.3 on Prop Firm Match from only eight verified reviews. Reviews.io is the outlier at 1.2 from 77 reviews. Much of its customer base writes in Japanese, so the English review pool is smaller than its size would suggest.

What traders like

  • Very fast payouts. This is the most common theme. Reviewers on Trustpilot and Prop Firm Match describe payouts approved within seconds and money arriving within a day or two.

  • Clear rules. Many say the conditions are simple and easy to follow.

  • Instant move to funded. Several reviewers like getting funded credentials right after passing, with no wait.

  • Platform choice. Some mention the app and being able to take a challenge on TradingView.

Common complaints

  • Terminations over copy trading or hedging. A small number of Trustpilot reviewers say their accounts were closed with no payout or refund over alleged copying or hedging between accounts, and that they never received the specific trades in question.

  • Mixed support in disputes. Trustpilot's own summary calls customer service experiences ambiguous: praise for everyday help, less for how disputes are handled.

  • Gold spreads and limits. A few traders mention high spreads on gold and a daily earning limit on the Swift Pro program.

Recently

  • September 2026: a Trustpilot reviewer says Fintokei reported their negative review as defamatory, and that Trustpilot assessed it, found it was not, and restored it. Fintokei also replied to feedback about the Swift Pro daily earning limit.

Where this comes from

  • Trustpilot: the main review page and the largest English-language pool.

  • Prop Firm Match: a handful of verified-trader reviews.

  • Forex Peace Army: a review page with little activity.

  • Myfxbook: a review page with program details.

  • Reviews.io: a small, mostly negative set of reviews.

  • Reddit: a thread from traders weighing up the firm.
