Overview
Top One Futures sells futures evaluations and instant funded accounts on CME products, all for one-time fees. The range is wide, from cheap one-day evaluations to accounts that pay out daily. It suits manual intraday traders who want to pick the payout rhythm that fits them and possibly copy trades across several accounts.
How the evaluation works
Elite Daily: a 6% target, an end-of-day drawdown ($2,000 on 50K) and a daily loss limit. There's a 40% consistency rule in the evaluation and no activation fee.
Elite Access: the same 6% target and end-of-day drawdown, no daily loss limit and no consistency rule, so you can pass in one day. The catch is an activation fee after you pass, roughly matching the list price.
Instant Sim Funded: no evaluation. You start funded with an end-of-day drawdown, a daily loss limit and a 20% consistency rule on payouts.
Ignite: the cheapest instant account, with an end-of-day drawdown, a soft daily loss limit and a 15% consistency rule.
Rules worth knowing
Every trade is closed automatically at 4:10 PM ET, and weekend trading isn't allowed. EAs and bots are banned on every account. News trading is allowed, but Elite Daily and Elite Access funded accounts have their own news rules. Copy trading is fine only between accounts of the same program and the same size. Mixing them, even by entering the same trades by hand, breaks the rules.
Getting paid
Every funded account pays 90%. Elite Daily pays out daily with no consistency rule once funded. Elite Access pays every 5 days with a 40% consistency rule. Ignite pays each time you make 5% with the consistency rule met, capped at $1,000 per payout on 50K. All payouts go through Rise, by bank transfer or crypto.

What traders say
Scores from the sites traders use, and our summary of what they're saying, checked 6 October 2026.
Top One Futures has built a large, very positive review record in about 18 months: 4.8 on Trustpilot from about 5,000 reviews and 4.7 on Prop Firm Match from about 100 verified traders. Most reviews praise fast payouts and quick support, often naming individual staff. The criticism is a small share, and it centres on payout rules and slow handling of disputes rather than claims of non-payment.
What traders like
Very fast payouts. Many reviewers say payouts were approved within hours and reached their accounts the same day.
Support that answers in minutes. This is the most common theme on Trustpilot, with reviewers naming the rep who fixed a billing or account issue, often at weekends.
Low entry cost and choice. Traders like the cheap evaluations, instant funded accounts and daily payout options, and some like the ProjectX platform and the trade lock that curbs overtrading.
Common complaints
Payout rules with several layers. Some reviewers and review sites point to consistency rules, buffers and minimum winning days that make the first payout harder than it looks. One Prop Firm Match reviewer says a first payout was roughly halved after a review applied a minimum trade-duration rule they had not known about.
Extra checks before payout. A few reviewers describe being asked for a video walkthrough of their trades before money was released.
Slow help in disputes. One review site says the one- and two-star reviews cluster around multi-day waits on rule questions and disagreements over drawdown breaches.
Trailing drawdown. Review sites note the end-of-day drawdown tightens after each winning day until it locks.
Recently
July 2026: the firm rolled out "Top One 2.0", cutting the price of one evaluation while lowering payout caps on instant funded accounts.
August to September 2026: reviews remain strongly positive. Review sites count more than $26 million paid across over 10,000 requests by late September.
